Andrea has been working in escrow since 1989 and has handled a wide variety of types of escrows from residential and commercial sales, vacant land, construction loans, refinances, all inclusive trust deeds, and mobile homes. She has been with Escrow Junction since 1996 and is currently the assistant manager. She is very outgoing and has the energy and dedication to help your escrows run efficiently and close on time.

Denise has over 16 years escrow experience and has enjoyed every bit of it. She is a very dedicated and thorough escrow officer that will do her best to make sure your transaction runs smoothly. She has experience in numerous types of escrows including Vacant Land, All-Inclusive Trust Deeds, Commercial Buildings, Loan Escrows and New Construction.

Daralee has been with Escrow Junction for four years and truly enjoys working with all kinds of people. Customer service is her priority. She is a very dedicated and thorough escrow officer that will do her best to ensure your transaction runs smoothly. Daralee has experience with tract housing, processing sale escrows and refinances.

Linda Nickerson

Linda has over 20 years of escrow experience, all in the Victor Valley. Experienced in all types of escrow, Linda has special training in Bulk Escrow for businesses and Mobile Home escrows for private land and in park properties. Linda has also held industry designations of Certified Escrow Officer and Certified Senior Escrow Officer. She has handled transactions on every type of real property including Unimproved Land with All-Inclusive Trust Deeds, Construction-to-Permanent and Tract Housing. She is a dedicated and thorough Officer that will give your transaction the type of attention you deserve.

Stacey Tarango

Stacey is the manager of Escrow Junction and has been with the company since it opened in 1986. She has a Bachelor's degree from UCLA with a minor in Business Management. She has helped the company grow from a small 2 person operation to its current size of over 30 employees. She has processed refinances, sales, tracts, and commercial escrows. She is dedicated and hardworking and has the knowledge and experience to make your transactions run smoothly.

Diane Welch

Diane has been in escrow for 12 years and has been with Escrow Junction for the past 6 years. She has experience with processing sale escrows, refinances, tract homes, and has currently attended training classes for mobile home escrows. Customer service is her number 1 priority and she has a long list of satisfied clients.
